These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to the public website at parler.si (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Parler Technology LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By visiting or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Site and access

The Site publishes technology news, commentary, research notes, and related material. We may add, change, suspend, or remove pages or features. We do not guarantee that the Site will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

The Site offers member accounts. Registration requires a valid email address, a display name, and a password, and may additionally require an invitation code. Use an account that belongs to you, keep your password private, and notify us if you believe someone else has accessed it. The display name should match the name on the API key associated with your account so the account can be matched to API usage.

The Premium label identifies member content. Subscription Pro costs $13 and Subscription Max costs $26; either payment provides one month of access. Each is a one-time payment and does not renew automatically. To continue after the access period, make another payment. The Checkout page shows the selected price and available payment methods before you authorize a payment. No charge is made without your confirmation in checkout. Token Genius use is also subject to its Program Terms.

2. Acceptable use

You may read the Site, share links, and quote brief excerpts with attribution, subject to applicable law. You agree not to:

use the Site in violation of law or another person’s rights;
interfere with the Site’s operation, security, or availability;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
scrape, copy, or download Site content at a rate or scale that burdens the service;
republish full articles or systematically reproduce Site content without permission; or
bypass authentication, rate limits, or other access controls.

Search engines and other services may access pages for ordinary indexing, subject to applicable law and published technical instructions.

3. Content and intellectual property

Articles, original graphics, page design, and other materials on the Site are owned by the Site publisher or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Viewing the Site grants you a limited, revocable permission to access it for personal, non-commercial use. It does not transfer ownership or grant a license to republish full content, create a competing archive, or use the materials commercially.

You may link to an article and quote a short excerpt where permitted by law, with clear attribution and a link to the original. Trademarks, product names, and other third-party materials belong to their respective owners. Sources and qualifications are identified in individual articles where available.

4. Editorial information

Site content is for general information and discussion. It is not legal, financial, medical, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional who understands your circumstances.

Technology, products, prices, benchmarks, and market conditions can change. We make reasonable efforts to identify sources and correct material errors, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete, current, or error-free. You are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it.

5. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites or services. Those destinations are operated by others, have their own terms and privacy practices, and are outside our control. A link is provided for convenience or context and does not by itself mean that we endorse the destination or its content.

6. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, to the extent such exclusion is permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited.

7. Changes and enforcement

We may revise these Terms as the Site changes. The “Last updated” date will show when this page was most recently revised. Changes apply from publication on the Site. If you continue to use the Site after a change, the revised Terms apply to that use, subject to any rights that cannot be waived.

We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, its visitors, or our rights, or to comply with law.
