Terms of Use: Token Genius Program
Last updated: October 14, 2026
These Program Terms govern access to and use of Token Genius, including its model-routing service, API, API credentials, integrations, and related documentation. Token Genius is operated by Parler Technology LLC (“Parler.SI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By selecting a model, creating or using an API credential, or sending a request through Token Genius, you agree to these Program Terms.
These Program Terms supplement the Parler.SI Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. For Token Genius-specific matters, these Program Terms apply alongside the general Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use Token Genius.
1. Access and model choices
Token Genius access is included while a user’s Subscription Pro or Subscription Max paid access is active, at no additional Token Genius charge. A $13 Subscription Pro payment or $26 Subscription Max payment covers one month. Payments are one-time transactions and do not renew automatically; users must make another payment to continue access. Access remains subject to the model options, allowances, and limits shown on the Token Genius page and in the service.
You may choose one model family at a time:
- ChatGPT models: available GPT models may be used together within their displayed allowances. Other models shown for this option may have adjusted allowances.
- Claude models: available Claude models use their displayed allowances. This option does not include GPT models.
Monthly allowances are divided into four independent weekly allocations. Token counting, model availability, and request limits follow the service’s current documentation and interface. Allowances and supported models may change as providers or service conditions change.
2. Eligibility and supported regions
You may use Token Genius only where Parler.SI, the selected model provider, and applicable law permit the service. Availability can vary by country or region, model, and integration method, and may change when legal requirements or provider policies change. If you are unsure whether access is supported from your location, contact us before using the service.

We may deny or limit access, disable credentials, or suspend service where we reasonably believe eligibility or regional requirements are not met.
3. Acceptable use
You must use Token Genius in compliance with applicable law, these Program Terms, the Parler.SI Terms of Use, and the usage rules of each upstream model provider. You are responsible for checking any model-specific requirements before sending requests.
You must not use Token Genius to:
- commit or facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or privacy-violating activity;
- impersonate a person or organization, conduct phishing or credential theft, or send spam or abusive messages;
- create or distribute malware, conduct unauthorized access or attacks, disrupt services, or consume resources through abusive traffic;
- bypass authentication, safety restrictions, rate limits, regional controls, or usage limits imposed by Parler.SI or a model provider;
- reverse engineer or probe provider systems, or use the service to extract protected model or system information;
- resell, rent, sublicense, publish, share, or relay access, credentials, allowances, or model routes to others without our written authorization; or
- use service outputs to train, distill, or improve a competing model without prior written authorization.
Do not use model outputs as the sole basis for decisions with significant effects on a person’s health, legal rights, finances, employment, education, housing, insurance, or access to essential services. Use appropriate human review and comply with applicable disclosure and other legal requirements.
4. Accounts and API credentials
You are responsible for activity carried out using your account or API credentials. Keep credentials confidential, grant them only the access needed, and do not place them in public repositories, public client-side code, or other locations accessible to unauthorized people. If a credential may have been exposed, revoke or rotate it promptly and contact us about suspicious use.
You may not share credentials or use them to provide an unauthorized shared gateway, relay, or resale service. You are responsible for configuring integrations according to the current documentation and protecting systems that store or use your credentials.
5. Inputs, outputs, and provider processing
You are responsible for the prompts, files, and other material you submit. Submit only material you have the right and lawful basis to use. Do not submit another person’s sensitive or confidential information unless you are authorized to do so and the intended processing is permitted.
Requests may be processed by Parler.SI and the model providers needed to deliver the selected service. Handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy; each provider may also apply its own terms and policies. Do not assume that a request will be confidential beyond the protections described in those notices and policies.
Model outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. Review outputs before relying on, publishing, or acting on them. Token Genius does not provide professional legal, medical, financial, or other regulated advice.
6. Third-party services and availability
Token Genius depends on third-party models, APIs, networks, and infrastructure. A provider may change, restrict, suspend, or discontinue a model or feature, and its service may be interrupted or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular model’s continued availability, or that an output will meet your requirements.
We may adjust model options, allowances, rate limits, or integrations to respond to provider changes, security issues, legal requirements, or service operations. We will update the Token Genius page or service information when appropriate.
7. Restrictions and termination
We may investigate suspected violations and restrict requests, limit features, disable API credentials, suspend access, or terminate Token Genius access when reasonably necessary to enforce these Program Terms, protect users or service stability, respond to a provider restriction, or comply with law. Where reasonably practicable and permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Token Genius is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except for warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Parler.SI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular use. Third-party models and services remain subject to their providers’ own terms, availability, and policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parler.SI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, Token Genius. Nothing in these Program Terms limits rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be limited.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these Program Terms when the service, provider requirements, or applicable law changes. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Continued use after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by applicable law.
